Warm up + Learning
Most sessions begin with a short warm up, followed by coach-led instruction.
Sam will break down 1–2 techniques, answer questions, and make sure everyone understands before moving on.
Practise New Techniques
You’ll then pair up and practise the technique step by step.
Sam will always be walking around the room, helping anyone who gets stuck and answering questions as you go.
'Rolling' (Sparring)
Rolling is controlled live practice — not a fight.
You'll choose your pace, let your partner know you’re new, and switch partners each round.
Safe Training
If you get caught in a submission, simply tap and reset.
No ego. No Pressure. Just Learning
Go at Your Own Pace
Tired between rounds? Sit one out.
You can watch, ask questions, or jump back in when you're ready.
Community
